That's it for today.>>10295
But thanks again. ;)
Oh, is that so? I mean I can remove those if it's a problem
3 months seems like a stretch. At most maybe 2, but typically around 1 month is considered satisfactory for the artist to profit.
Also the claim that most people (on barachan at least) adhere to this rule isn't really true.
A majority of the time people wait to leak because they want to use the art for trading purposes, not really for the artist's sake.>>10311
There's no real need for that, you only might need to delete posts if the artist is unstable (will freak out if leak happens).
Well, it's not too big a deal, so I wouldn't worry about it. It's just the doodles and it's been almost 2 months, so we'll wing it. ;)>>10335
3 months isn't a stretch from what I've seen in the last 2 versions of Barachan. We may have the occasional poster waiting sooner than 1 or 2 months, but mostly everyone waits (compared to the instant leaks on other sites). Since there's many artist's defenders it's mostly out of respect, so 3 months is reasonable. Also, it's not too much to ask since they give out free art via Twitter and such.
he truly doesnt know how pecs works
these are balloons
it is hyper art!!! either post art or stop spamming this, holy fuck yall are toxic
shut up clown
Thank you so much for these! Honestly appreciate it!
"Hyper Art" should not be an excuse for wonky looking muscles. Period. There's enough awful looking crap out there and people go "Oh this is so well done!" when they see it when in reality it's some big orb that's supposed to be a bicep or pecs. Besides a majority of his "hyper" content does not even fit in that category. Just as a side note. So to all the other clowns in this thread saying to stop the "toxicity" - shut up. Pointing out flaws is not toxic.
Let's go back to the actual topic which is ripped saurian. Personally I appreciate that he's not doing the "usual" furry porn, which mostly involves over the top huge dicks, cum everywhere, and, as mentioned earlier, weird muscles. It's a shame that he decided to post his OC's as patreon rewards because quite frankly they are insanely boring and not worth a single penny. Too bad he sexualizes them to make them more appealing reducing any potential chance of actually making them interesting. He already creates some good images so why is he doing that? He also needs to stop pairing up human characters with anthro ones. If he's trying to attract the bara community he needs to post more guy on guy action and less guy on furry. His Hulk or Ganondorf reward for example. It could have been really good if he went for furry/furry or human/human instead of human/furry.
Plus, this thread needs more of his doodle packs
Fun fact: there are other threads that need more attention then this one
i think the reason he usually draws human/furry is those are the top two characters of the month his patrons vote for and he insists on drawing one pic for the both of them. i find it real silly when none of the polls are themed so you just get one odd crossover after another
"Too bad he sexualizes them to make them more appealing reducing any potential chance of actually making them interesting"
Oh you're trolling a gay porn site.
Thank you, next.
Big yikes. But good try nonetheless
Thank you, next
anyone got that king spade art
Though I'm not a huge fan of this artist its absurd to me that people in this thread think he's bad at anatomy. His anatomy is immaculate. Everything is carefully constructed to an autistic degree. There are no made up lumps, every visible muscle has correct origin and insertion.
The poses may be stiff and the figures sometimes looking inorganic because of the artist's insistence on lining every single muscle, but in no way is that inaccurate to the anatomy of the figures. It's top of the line work, I don't think anyone else comes close to the anatomical accuracy ripped has.
The issue is he spends literally a month meticulously detailing every picture. I don't think one picture and a couple sketches a month are really worth that much for patreon. If he loosened up the linework a bit, caved to the masses and did a bunch of sex pix, and at least tripled his monthly patreon output he would be much more popular.
you know that
Quality =/= Correct
He can spend years to make one single thing with details and all but if its doing it wrong , it will come up wrong.
High Quality , but wrong
dude, since when you have seen body builders in real life with spiky pointy biceps? even when they flex, Rippedsaurian has this big flaw of doing anatomy at his own accord and taste while exagerating out of proportion, and in his own mind be 100% he is a great artist in the muscular anatomy deparment
Yeah actually there are a lot of artists out there that have easily surpassed ripped in the anatomy department. He is by no means bad but good is something else.
I do agree though that if he loosened up a little and didn't focus on way too many details he could get some cool stuff done. I've seen it. I feel like he's treating his patreon too seriously which is making his drawings look like he didn't enjoy working on them. There are some sloppy pieces where he didn't color things properly, or where the lines are too long and cross each other in some places. That doesn't ruin anything it just makes his rewards look like he wanted them to be done no matter how they turn out
I'm not going to lurk in here defending the guy on every response but exaggeration and stylization =/= inaccuracy. It's a fundamental skill of illustration that you learn the ins and outs of something and then break it to achieve your desired effect. In this case, its muscle growth beyond human capability. 'incorrect anatomy' would be something like leading the forearm muscles into the wrong insertion on the wrist, or filling spaces where other muscles reside with the wrong muscle. I see muscle artists ignore the brachialis in favor of a super huge bicep all the time. If anything, an unrealistically peaking bicep shows a recognition of the limit of the lower boundary of the muscle, the only way to go is up.
I've studied human anatomy for 5-6 years now and I just can't shake the feeling that a lot of people here don't actually know anything about what they so boldly claim is 'inaccurate'.
Anyways, I'm not getting sucked into a shitty back-and-forth argument over dumb shit like this. I've said my piece, agree or disagree if you like.
Anyone has his April packs?
can anyone update his yiff.party or post the stuff here? I'd be very thankful <3
