1. Nothing wrong with that, honestly. Looking back, I'm surprised I didn't get into him sooner, for the same reasons.
2. I know, but I guess it was the final piece of the puzzle that made him click with me. I won't deny that how it was handled was awful, and Flynn's disregard of it as "not pertinent" when he was focusing on the other characters' love lives, was stupid, but eh *shrugs*. As for Cobar, yeah, I dunno why Penders made him and Rotor so old-looking in the future comics, but an artist on DA named Joe Adok made a really nice render of a younger Cobar that stuck with me, so I ship the two in that sense, now. However, had Cobar not existed, I would've been fine with Rotor/Tommy, since I felt they had a chemistry when they were together in the comics.
