Err, squats are a good excerise for your butt, assuming you're doing them correctly. If you aren't using your butt muscles while doing them, obviously it won't have any effect.
I naturally have a nice butt shape, I just want to make it like bigger, rounder, more bubbly and, well, juicy and nice XD
Well, it's not that big, but it's not that small either XD it has a nice shape, I would say it is smaller than bigger, that's why I want to improve it!

Yeah you gotta remember to have good form and to squeeze your glutes as you're rising back to standing form before you go down for your next rep
I'm a slim built guy but I've been doing a squat routine for well over 5 years (bodyweight though, not gym equipment) and I have seen an incredibly big difference in my butt, it's fuller and more rounder :)
The other trick you have to keep in mind is do other lower body workouts that target the butt. For example, along with squats and different variations of them (Sumo Squats, Jumping Squats, etc), you should also do leg raises/donkey kicks to help lift the buttocks.
